Write to the email address shown or send a letter. We usually respond to messages within a few days and to complaints within 14 days, by email or post. You may write in Polish or English. We read and answer messages ourselves, not through an automated system.
We do not need your birth date to reply; please do not include it unless the matter requires it.
Reporting unlawful content and infringements
Write to the address shown if content appears unlawful or infringes your rights, or an advertisement appears misleading. Include the page address or another description to locate it; explain what you consider unlawful or infringing and why; give your name and email address so we can reply. A person will review the report, confirm receipt and communicate the decision. If you disagree, write again for another review.
